A clean three-step method for a better fit.

Measuring correctly helps reduce sizing mistakes, especially when choosing heels, flats, boots, sandals, and comfort shoes online. Use this guide as a practical starting point, then check each product’s fit details where available.

01

Stand on paper.

Place your foot on a sheet of paper while standing naturally. Keep your heel flat and your weight balanced.

02

Mark heel to toe.

Mark the back of your heel and the longest point of your toe. Repeat with the other foot.

03

Use the longer foot.

Measure the distance between both marks and compare the longer measurement with the size chart.

Heels & Pumps

Heels and pumps can feel more fitted at the toe box because the foot naturally moves forward with elevation. If you are between sizes or prefer more room in pointed-toe styles, consider the larger size or contact support for fit guidance before ordering.

Between Sizes

Use comfort as your final guide.

If you are between two sizes, think about toe shape, material, heel height, and whether you prefer a closer or more relaxed fit.

Width Feel

Toe shape changes the experience.

Pointed or structured styles may feel narrower than rounded or open-toe designs, even when the listed size is the same.

Your shoes should support your movement, not distract from it.

A good fit should feel secure at the heel, comfortable through the toe area, and stable when walking. New shoes may feel structured at first, but they should not cause sharp pressure, severe slipping, or uncomfortable compression.

Heel Hold

Secure, not tight.

The heel should stay controlled while walking. Excessive slipping may indicate the fit is too large or the style is not ideal for your foot shape.

Toe Room

Enough space to settle naturally.

Toes should not press harshly into the front of the shoe. Toe shape and material can influence how roomy a style feels.
